EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTIONS:
GW-1.0t-750/0.5 Hydraulic Tilting, Steel Casing MF Coreless Induction Melting Furnace
The Medium Frequency Induction Furnace is powered by one set Thyristor Medium Frequency-converter, with compensation by a set of Capacitor Cabinet. Two sets of Melting Furnaces are to be installed, so that during operation, one set is used for melting while the other remains on standby; switching over of the two furnaces is done via electrical cable switching. Furnaces Tilting mechanism employs hydraulic tilting method which provide stable operation. Connection between frequency-converter and capacity cabinet utilizes medium frequency cablings, while that between capacitor cabinets and furnace body utilizing water-cooled electrical cables. Two sets of crucibles mould are supplied for initial refractory ramming.
Introduction of External Steel Casing MF Induction Melting Furnace
Furnace Rack: Furnace rack composes moving part and fixed part. Mobile part of the rack is used for installing induction coil and magnetic yoke. The rack is constructed from welded steel sections and plates, it employs frame construction to facilitate servicing and releasing heat. Furnace cover is on top of the mobile rack, it is opened and closed manually. There is an inspection hole on top of the cover. Fixed rack is mounted onto the floor foundation so as to take up the load of the mobile rack. There are tilt-able rotating shaft and retractable connector on top of the fixed rack so that the mobile rack can rotate 95°forward when worked on by the hydraulic cylinder of the rotating furnace.
Manufacturing techniques of Induction Coil: Only tempered T2 square oxygen-free copper tubes are used. Extension connector is not allowed, coiled inductor must be acid cleansed, detergent wash, baked dry, paint soaked, thoroughly dried to complete the first phase of manufacturing. The complete coil is tested for hydraulic leakage at 1.5 times the normal water pressure (5MPa) for 5 minutes to ensure leak free prior to assembly. Copper tube cooling water coils are installed on top and bottom of the induction coil to prolong the lifespan of the insulation so that the insulation material is axially heated uniformly.
We set up rigid technical requirement on the manufacturing of induction coils: the following sequence must be adhered to; Coiling→Correction→Acid Cleansing→Purifying→Paint Soaking→Lamination of mica strips(manually) →Coiling with silica strips(manually) →Paint soaked→Detergent wahsed→Baked dry→Air dry etc. The complete coil is tested for hydraulic leakage under 1.5 times the normal water pressure (5MPa) for 5 minutes to ensure leak free prior to assembly.
Magnetic Yoke: High magnetic conduction cold rolled silicon steel plate are used for manufacturing. The yoke employs shape conformation structure, its inner curved surface curvature should follow the shape of the external curvature so that the magnetic yoke can stick closely onto the exterior of the induction coil. This helps in maximizing the restraint on the spread of external magnetic field as well as within the induction coil in order to reduce the external magnetic path's resistance.
The Electric Machinery
Small indution melting furnace will be packed by standard plywood case for exporting ;Suppose your order is of big valumn or 1pc furnace with large capacity, the products will be delivered by 20GP or 40GP container. Top open container is optional as well.
On-site Factory Calibration, Test Run, Customer's site Hot Run Calibration and Necessary Operation Training
The equipment installation and calibration shall be instructed by the supplier's personals at the buyer site. If the buyer's factory is outside China, the equipment supplier's engineers/personals cost of traveling, transport, lodging, food and living compensation shall be the buyer's responsibility.
Acceptance of equipment shall be initiated by the supplier and acknowledged by the buyer to be carried out at the production line in accordance with the Acceptance Guidelines: Once the requirement stipulated in the Acceptance Guidelines met the technical condition and the relevant national standard, both sides shall accept and sign the Acceptance Letter.
The supplier shall provide training for the buyer's maintenance personal (those with professional basics), and make sure the personals can operate and maintain the equipment.
