2600 kW medium frequency induction heating complete equipment
This production line is used to heat the long bar. The long bar is heated by induction and enters the subsequent skew rolling mill to be rolled into steel balls used in coal mines. The complete Furnace System comprises induction coil, capacitor, in and out water catchments container, copper bus-bar distributor, water pressure protection device and part of the conveyor system, hydraulic station, etc. Furnace body adopts seal construction for dust proving.

1.1 Billet material: 65Mn, B2, B3, U71Mn, GCr15, etc.

2. Device configuration:
2.1 Total power supply: 2600kW Frequency: 2500Hz;
The heating furnace combines with the press to form an automatic production line by interlinking the information flow between the two systems. The automatic function also extends to the electrical and mechanical linkage.
This Japanese converter provides high efficiency of 96% and above (at 3 Hz) due to the use of latest electronic power components and control technology.
High performance parallel conversion circuitry is used to reduce damage due to load short circuit. Its reliability extend to no load startup, full load startup, and cold or hot load startup.
2.2 Length of furnace body: about 15 m
2.3 Mechanical structure: automatic feeding is adopted without manual feeding, automatic feeding and discharging by rollers, and temperature sorting.
2.4Converter is cooled by recirculation of de-ionization water with the advantage of reliable operation and minimum maintenance. Quick connectors are used.
2.5IF induction furnace Siemen Industrial Control Computer and interlinking control PLC working with the Press equipment to form an automatic production line. This system also adapted to PROF IBUS main line control technology. The system exhibits the following functions: When the Forging Line is operating, the control system of the IF equipment follows the preset technical parameter for the billets, environmental temperature and timming requirement to automatically set the IF equipment at normal heating working temperature.
Manual and semi-automatic control is possible.
The PLC has the memory capacity for registering 100 different billet and temperature parameters.
It can monitor the heating temperature and also provide close loop temperature control; it is also possible to send the differential temperature signal for the robotic hand's selection decision. Temperature controls is done separately prio and after equalize heating to achieve stable and reliable operation.
Connection signals interlinking the central control of the heating/press production line and the down stream process equipment provide automatic control of the billet temperature. When there is a malfunction on the production line that keeps the billets in the holding furnace for too long, this system automatically send signal to reduce billets temperature.
Temperature monitor at the furnace exit display over-temperature data as well as sending out alarm. When there is malfunction at the IF equipment, the system send alarm signal while stopping the production line; it also display diagnostic result of the malfunction in Chinese and English.
When there is malfunction at the heating equipment, the system send alarm signal while stopping the production line. It also provides reliable monitoring of the operation under no-load, furnace-leak, cold load condition. In the event of short circuit, it stops the heating line operation, besides monitoring over-current, over-voltage, temperature of ratification and inversion thyristor.
It monitors cooling water pressure and all other important cooling water monitoring of rectifier, inversion thyristor, square wave reactor, inductors, compensating capacitors etc.
The heating system can be stopped reliably on load short circuit without causing damage. (Once the fault is settled, the system will restart and enter normal reliable working mode.)
2.6 The equipment is designed for 3 shifts continuous operation. The induction coils normally lasted more than 3 years, while the refractory lining of the coil generally lasted over a year.
The equipment meets the need of General Standard for Electric Equipment, and Code on Safety and Environment.(Noise level is less than 85dB). It's reliable extend to no load startup, full load startup, cold or hot load startup.
IF compensating capacitors provide sufficient adjustment capacity.
