Induction Heating Furnace for long bar
This production line is used for the heating of 6000 long bars. The long bars are continuously heated by induction, and then enter the subsequent hot shearing machine, and then enter the subsequent forging press to be forged into steel balls used in coal mines.1. Technical requirements:1.1 Blank material: 45 # alloy steel1.2 Blank diameter: Φ80mm ~ Φ100m Length: 6000mm1.3 Heating temperature: 1200 ºC1.4 Heating time: 1.2m/min1.5 Power consumption: ≤ 380 ºC2. Device configuration:2.1 Total power of power supply: Power supply 1: 1250kW/1000Hz Power supply 2: 350kW/2000Hz2.1.1 Solid State Rectifying Medium Frequency TransducerThe model number of Single Unit Solid State Rectifying MF Transducer is KGPS-1250/0.5, it is the power source for the anchor-chain heating of the whole equipment assembly.2.1.2 KGPS-1250/0. Solid State Rectifying MF Transducer - Technical Guideline Rated power output 1250kW, nominal frequency 500 Hz, input voltage 400V, DC voltage 540V, rated MF output voltage 800V, input current 2×950A, rated MF output current 2540A, efficiency ≥0.95.2.1.3 MF Transducer Control:its assembly consists mainly of power supply, regulator, phase-shift control, protection circuits, phase-sequence-self- regulated circuit, startup calculation circuit, inverse frequency tracker, inverse pulse former, pulse amplifier and pulse transformer. The critical part of the assembly utilizes US-made high performance, high density, and huge capacity special rating ASIC-2 integrated circuit chips so that the internal circuit (except the regulators) is digitized for tuning-free rectifier triggering. This approach allows high reliability, high rate of pulse symmetry, good shielding from electrical interference, rapid response, etc. Due to its phase-sequence-self-regulated circuit, the system does not require the use of synchronized transformer, removing the need to carry out tuning of phase-sequencing during on-site calibration, technician only requires to connect the KP rectifier's gate terminal and the marked terminals on the control circuit board for synchronization, and ease the operation of commuting/rectifying. 2.1.4 Method of Transducer Startup:The transducer startup adopt the sweeping zero voltage startup method, ie, during the starting up of the transducer, load voltage and current is the soft start mode by gradually increasing from zero, hence avoiding the current surge of the power source network. Starter circuit avoids auto-repeat starter circuit, resulting in 100% success rate in starting. Frequency tracking circuit utilized the averaging rate sampling method; greatly increase the inverter's ability to resist interference. 2.1.5 Current Auto-balance Device:For Rectifier Gate MF Transducer capacity higher than 1000kW, dual-regulator control circuit is employed in order to remove high secondary harmonic wave. Twin bridge current auto-balance circuit is used to obtain dual regulator's current auto-balancing; this circuitry does not require high power rating equal-current reactor to maintain automatic balance between two current loops. 2.1.6Inverter Trigger Device:Our circuit design employs sweeping mode zero-voltage soft start, requiring only a medium frequency voltage feedback signal without the need of slot-path MF capacitor's current signal; basically utilizing its circuit's self surge-change in the average mean value feedback circuit. Since e there is no add-on startup circuitry on the main circuit as well as the requirement of advanced power charging-up during startup, the main return circuit is simplified hence its calibration.2.1.7Voltage, Current Limiter Circuit:Use for protecting the rectifier on the invertor side, it can instantaneously reset the current regulator's rectifier triggering angle and automatically set it within save limit as soon as the rectifier's voltage and or current exceeds the rated value. 2.1.8All the control circuitry are located on a single printed circuit, greatly reducing possibility of faults caused by external contact links:Critical electrical components specification has been selected by computer simulation, and verify by actual experimentation. This method has proven to be more accurate and reliable than conventional classical design procedure.2.2 Inductor length: the length of a single inductor is 1000mm;2.2.1Inductor Structure and Fabrication Technics:Inductor coil utilizes T2 oxygen-free square copper tubings which have been tempered prior to coil-shaping. Subsequently, the manufactured coils are acid-washed, sprayed with Type 167 high temperature moisture resistant insulating paint, oven-baked, then double wrapped and binded with a layer of mica strips, plus a layer of fibre glass strips. They are then soaked in Type 1053 high strength insulating paint prior to baking at 120ºC oven temperature so that the insulation increased between coil spaces hence prevent short circuit due to dropped off oxidized copper. Finally, the inductor coils are assembled and set in place. For ease of installation and maintenance, furnace water distributors and water outlets are incorporated on the furnace body, which greatly simplify the water cooling circuits. Water inlets are installed with quick coupling sockets to facilitate dismantling and re-connection.2.2.2Inductor Insulation Insulation of inductor is the refractory ram and cast type. Special water-mixed refractory is poured into moulds, ram in properly using electro-mechanical vibrator. They are set aside for 48 hours of natural drying under room temperature and follow up with baking in 600ºC furnace. Insulation produced this way usually last more than a year. (Detailed instruction on ram and cast technics will be provided together with the delivery of equipment.)2.2.3Water-cooled Guide Rail Water-cooled guide rail is constructed from 1Cr23Ni18 heat resistant steel pipe; a layer of tungstun-cobalt is sprayed on the pipe externally to improve its rigidity under high temperature operation.2.3 Mechanical structure: storage table, conveying roller in heating area, roller feeder, pressing device at discharge end and anti-skid device2.4 Control system: Siemens PLC, color touch screen2.5 Thermometer: one infrared thermometer
