1500KG 1.5T Induction Furnace Melting for Iron
The KGPS series thyristor frequency-converters exhibit the following characteristics:
1.All purchased components are selected from the best of well known manufacturers. Main bus-bars are made from tinned T2 copper.
2.The capacitors used are manufactured in-house, only fresh high-silicon cold-rolled electrical steel plates are used.
3.Frequency converter employs uniform sweeping type zero voltage starter circuit.

Thyristorised Medium Frequency-converter :
Its central component utilizes the US made high performance, high density, large scale special ASIC-2 integrated circuit. This help in digitizing the internal circuitry (except the regulator), remove the necessity of rectifier triggering circuit, and improves its reliability, besides increasing the complementary nature of the pulse, resistance to interference, and hasten the reaction speed. Since self-adjusting phase orientation circuit is incorporated, there is no need for synchronizing transformer which avoid the necessity of phase regulation and synchronizing on site. It is only necessary to connect the gate pole wire of the KP thyristor with the designated connection on the control circuit board to activates the rectification circuit.Controls of MF Converter : The control part of the converter is made up of power supply, regulator, phase shift control, protection circuit, self-adjusting phase orientation circuit, start-up load calculation circuit, inversed frequency tracker, inversed frequency pulse shaper, pulse magnify
Startup mode of the Converter: We employ sweeping frequency zero startup system. During inverter startup, soft start mode with negative voltage and current starts from zero gradually to rated power, avoiding the current surge on the power line. Self-starting circuit is not used, and startup achieves 100% success rate. Averaging value sampling mode is used in the frequency tracking circuit to improve the interference resistance of the inversed frequency
Inversed Frequency Trigger: Soft start sweeping frequency mode 3 is used, it is only necessary to pick a single medium frequency voltage feedback signal and void the current signal of the sump circuit of the MF capacitors; which is equivalent to it rotating rapidly to self-excite circuit, similar to averaging value feedback circuit. Since startup circuit is not required on the main feedback circuit, as well as the need for pre-magnifying or pre-charging type startup sequence, the main feedback circuit can be simplified with the advantage of simplifying the calibration process.
Voltage, Current Limiting Circuit: In order to protect the thyristor on the side of the inverter, the regulating rectifier on the side of the thyristor triggers and automatically limit the voltage and current within rated norm once the voltage and current of the thyristor exceed the rated value.
All control circuit are placed on a single circuit board hence greatly reduces the breakdown due to short circuit with external connection.
Critical electrical parts parameters are selected via stringent operational simulation on computer prior to actual test on hard wiring circuitry; these parts are used as standard components only if its use proved to be better and more reliable than the classical circuitry.

Small indution melting furnace will be packed by standard plywood case for exporting ;Suppose your order is of big valumn or 1pc furnace with large capacity, the products will be delivered by 20GP or 40GP container. Top open container is optional as well.
After Sales Service
On-site Factory Calibration, Test Run, Customer's site Hot Run Calibration and Necessary Operation Training
The equipment installation and calibration shall be instructed by the supplier's personals at the buyer site. If the buyer's factory is outside China, the equipment supplier's engineers/personals cost of traveling, transport, lodging, food and living compensation shall be the buyer's responsibility.
Acceptance of equipment shall be initiated by the supplier and acknowledged by the buyer to be carried out at the production line in accordance with the Acceptance Guidelines: Once the requirement stipulated in the Acceptance Guidelines met the technical condition and the relevant national standard, both sides shall accept and sign the Acceptance Letter.
The supplier shall provide training for the buyer's maintenance personal (those with professional basics), and make sure the personals can operate and maintain the equipment.
